This is nice, once again it feels that there is something new to show every week.
Our tiler started last week and so far he has completed the floors & walls of the ensuite, bathroom, laundry and toilet.
We love the colour of the floor tiles (2 Desmo), it is such an appealing tile as it seems to change colour from aubergine to coffee in different lighting conditions. The wall tile size (300x200) is perfect for skirting tiles and looks really nice on the walls too. The black vertical strip that you see looking at the main shower walls is for our feature tiles, we think they are really going to look great.
However Wednesday is the real test of our tile selection, thats when our living area floor tiles are scheduled to be laid. We know they will look great, but you just wonder? Luckily the wait won't be long....

ReplyDeleteHow did I miss your last two updates?! I'm usually such an avid blog stalker, particularly as these are the most exciting bits!! House is looking fantastic! I'm sure your main floor tiles will look wonderful - all of your choices have been perfect so far!! Can't wait to get to this stage...
